# Image-first art direction — Experiment 02

## Placement revision 02

The five original compositions remain unchanged. This revision adds no image-model calls. It replaces the first logo/copy implementation with individually positioned, naturally proportioned Jost text rendered by Chromium and complete canonical SVG lockups. Original-paper texture cleanups (slide 02 title strip / slide 05 destination strip) and a local contrast shade (slide 02 floor) are transparent, separately editable assets; no canonical geometry is altered. `history/v1/` retains the superseded PNGs and source records.

Five distinct gpt-image-2 compositions were generated before any slide HTML or SVG layout was authored. The image model supplied full-bleed photographic collage, atmosphere, crop, paper/ink treatments, movement, and the original typographic/copy apertures. Exact campaign copy and the canonical lockups were added only after art direction, as editable Jost SVG text and verbatim approved lockup SVGs.

The generated settings explicitly excluded logos, institutional signage and readable pseudo-copy. The typography treatment in the source images is therefore compositional gesture / negative-space choreography, not final lettering; the production stage sets every Turkish word accurately and keeps it editable. No previous slide image, CSS or component was used as input. The Creative Breakout gallery informed only the ambition and the broad C/A/B ingredients.

Slide 05 received one targeted edit after visual inspection because the first generated frame included an unintended temple-like roof silhouette. The corrected image is the slide-05 source of truth; the initial generation remains preserved and checksummed as provenance. No image-generation tool was asked to create, redraw or typeset any logo.

**Image disclosure:** all people and places are illustrative AI imagery. The five destination images use broad city cues; they are not offered as exact landmark photographs, actual campus photography or evidence about a named institution.
