# Phase 2B — actual exported PNG review

Date: 2026-10-08. Human approval pending; this is self-review, not approval.

All 28 logo-integrated 1080×1350 PNGs were read as actual multimodal images, individually. Contact sheets and the four-cover grid were also inspected. Generated composition references and corrected image layers were read before use. Final copy is deterministic Turkish, never model text.

## Fixes before presentation

- Critical: obsolete July SNU deadline would fail the upcoming-date brief. Replaced entire B story with official Waseda September 2027 FSE AO cycle, ending 28 January 2027 at 17:00 Japanese time. No hypothetical date remains.
- High: earlier calls mostly produced supporting imagery. Added four complete image-first cover compositions before editable reconstruction, preserving their distinct type/photo/thread grammars.
- High: canonical brand formerly external to the image. Every final slide now contains the exact complete H-02/light (covers and CTA, 600px) or D-04/light (interiors, 320px). Minimum sizes 528/200px and embedded clearspace retained. All approved paths remain byte-identical in the editable source.
- High: source profile page changed from QS 2026 to latest 2027 edition. Final A03 explicitly uses QS World University Rankings 2027, 38; not an Asia or subject result.
- High: possible generated-campus misrepresentation. Image-bearing PNGs carry an AI-illustration disclosure inside the exported artwork; no claimed campus identity or student testimony.
- Medium: SEUL was too small relative to source. Expanded display title and loosened subhead/photo spacing; enlarged D's 6 and retained serif character.
- Medium: Waseda dates looked like the document checklist. Rebuilt dates as red serif timeline, distinct from dossier rows; cover now explicitly labels “SON TARİH”.

## Source-vs-production fidelity

Four originals and final four covers compared side by side. The reconstruction retains A's red-scale / asymmetry; B's serif numeral and clock-register rhythm; C's night / ivory / route contrast; D's serif 6 / continuous thread. Production intentionally adds a larger clean canonical-signature zone and verified content. Fidelity scores A8 / B8 / C8 / D8: source photographic and typographic texture is not reproduced exactly, but none was flattened into rounded generic cards. This is not pixel-identical reproduction or a claim that every interior had a fully generated layout.

## Remaining limitations (not placeholder facts)

- AI scenes are conceptual, not actual campus documentation. C's housing image is a generic diptych; no Tokyo building claim. The club scene is illustrative, not proof of SNU or UTokyo premises.
- Repeated controlled footer and alternating D layouts create account recognition; they are not approved operational templates.
- Some small source/disclosure notes are supporting information; core copy is 36–47px at export. Mobile reading of dense passages deserves human review.
- Waseda linked PDF returned HTML in local download. Only the successfully fetched official web page was verified; no PDF-only score or document detail is asserted. Time conversion assumes JST UTC+9 / Türkiye UTC+3; recheck before eventual publication.
- Counselling statements describe a proposed competent process, not verified customer testimonials, institutional partnership, or outcome guarantees.
- No canonical brand-system.md exists yet; phase-local production notes derive from approved lockup metadata and previous palette/type presentations, not a newly approved identity system.

No open Critical/High integrity or factual issue identified in final files. Human design/content approval remains required. No Instagram publication.
